U.S.-Made 18″ or 16.5″ Galil Barrel for ARM / AR Variants

Specifications:

• Material: 4140 Chrome Moly Steel — Hammer Forged

Important Notes:

• Front sight base slot are not drilled 

• Gas port is not drilled

Why?

Due to variations in the timing of the trunnion and barrel thread interface, we cannot guarantee a consistent Top Dead Center (TDC) alignment once the barrel is torqued into place. This means the final orientation of the barrel relative to the receiver can vary slightly, affecting the placement of the front sight and gas port.

To ensure proper alignment:

• Install the barrel to your trunnion and torque it down fully

• Then determine the correct TDC

• Drill the gas port accordingly

• Mount the front sight base in the correct position
