• You must be of legal age to purchase firearms and firearm accessories in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess the items ordered.
• We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity before processing any order.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that any firearm or firearm accessory you purchase complies with all applicable laws in your location.
• Any modification to a firearm, accessory, or other product from its original factory configuration is performed solely at the user’s own risk. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that any modification is safe, lawful, and compatible with the applicable product, and for any legal consequences arising from such modifications, including compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. We make no representations or warranties regarding the safety, legality, or performance of any modified product and assume no responsibility for any consequences resulting from such modifications.

2. Product Restrictions and Availability

• California Restrictions: Due to California state law restrictions, we do not ship rifles, pistols, or semi-automatic guns to California.
• Other Restrictions: Certain products may be restricted in other jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of purchasing and possessing any product in your location.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
• Semi-Automatic guns require all NFA paperwork to be completed prior to shipping.
• Pistol kits and receiver kits may require additional legal compliance. It is the customers responsibility to know and understand all local, state, and federal laws regarding these items.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance by TTE Precision Metalwerks.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Payment must be made at the time of order.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Sales tax will be applied as required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to the contiguous United States, excluding California for rifles, pistols, and semi-automatic guns.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• We ship firearms to licensed Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) only. You must provide a valid FFL for shipment.
• It is your responsibility to arrange for transfer of the firearm from the FFL to yourself, and to comply with all applicable laws relating to that transfer.
• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• You are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies to the carrier and to us immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds

• All sales of firearms are final, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
• Returns of other products may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
• Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee may apply to returned items.
• All returns must be pre-authorized.

6. Warranty and Liability

• We are not responsible for any manufacturer defects or warranties. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for details.
• We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTE Precision Metalwerks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this Website or your purchase of our products.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure safe handling of all products.

• These products are intended to be installed, handled, maintained, and used only in a safe, lawful, and responsible manner. By purchasing, possessing, installing, transferring, or using any of our products, you agree to these terms. If you transfer, resell, gift, lend, or otherwise provide the product to another person or entity, you are responsible for informing the recipient that these terms apply, and any subsequent owner or user is deemed to accept them through possession or use.

  You and any subsequent owner or user are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and manufacturer recommendations. Any misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, negligent handling, or unlawful use is prohibited, and is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any injury, death, property damage, legal consequences, or other damages arising from the possession, transfer, installation, modification, or use of our products.

• All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of TTE Precision Metalwerks or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. FFL Information.

• All firearms will ship to a verified FFL. It is the customers responsibility to provide a copy of the receiving FFL’s license.

12. NFA Items.

• All NFA items, including semi-automatic guns, require strict adherence to all NFA regulations. The customer is responsible for all paperwork, tax stamps, and legal compliance.

13. Ammunition.

• Ammunition sales are subject to local, state, and federal laws.
• Age verification is required for ammunition purchases.
• Ammunition sales may be restricted in certain locations.

14. Product descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products; we display images and write detailed descriptions of the products we sell to provide our customers with as much information as possible. However, due to the collectable and unique nature of many of our items, there may be slight differences between items photographed and what you receive in your order.
