1. Age Verification and Legal Compliance

• You must be of legal age to purchase firearms and firearm accessories in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess the items ordered.
• We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity before processing any order.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that any firearm or firearm accessory you purchase complies with all applicable laws in your location.

2. Product Restrictions and Availability

• California Restrictions: Due to California state law restrictions, we do not ship rifles, pistols, or machine guns to California.
• Other Restrictions: Certain products may be restricted in other jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of purchasing and possessing any product in your location.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
• Machine guns require all NFA paperwork to be completed prior to shipping.
• Pistol kits and receiver kits may require additional legal compliance. It is the customers responsibility to know and understand all local, state, and federal laws regarding these items.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance by TTE Precision Metalwerks.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Payment must be made at the time of order.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Sales tax will be applied as required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to the contiguous United States, excluding California for rifles, pistols, and machine guns.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• We ship firearms to licensed Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) only. You must provide a valid FFL for shipment.
• It is your responsibility to arrange for transfer of the firearm from the FFL to yourself, and to comply with all applicable laws relating to that transfer.
• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• You are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies to the carrier and to us immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds

• All sales of firearms are final, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
• Returns of other products may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
• Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee may apply to returned items.
• All returns must be pre-authorized.

6. Warranty and Liability

• We are not responsible for any manufacturer defects or warranties. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for details.
• We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTE Precision Metalwerks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this Website or your purchase of our products.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure safe handling of all products.

11. FFL Information.

• All firearms will ship to a verified FFL. It is the customers responsibility to provide a copy of the receiving FFL’s license.

12. NFA Items.

• All NFA items, including machine guns, require strict adherence to all NFA regulations. The customer is responsible for all paperwork, tax stamps, and legal compliance.

13. Ammunition.

• Ammunition sales are subject to local, state, and federal laws.
• Age verification is required for ammunition purchases.
• Ammunition sales may be restricted in certain locations.
