These US-made 16.5″ or 13″ hammer-forged barrel are designed for SAR Galil rifles with the short gas system, chambered in .223 Wylde to accommodate both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO cartridges. Constructed from hammer forged 4140 chrome moly steel with a 1/8 twist rifling and a dark black manganese phosphate finish, this barrel features standard 13x1mm metric muzzle threads.
Please note that while the barrel is guaranteed to head space correctly with your trunnion, front sight mounting and gas port drilling will be necessary due to thread timing variations, as the exact top dead center alignment cannot be predetermined after installation
