This Return Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning products purchased from TTE Precision Metalwerks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, www.ttepmw.com. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

1. 7-Day Inspection Period:

• All firearms and firearm-related products are eligible for a 7-day inspection period from the date of delivery to the receiving FFL or the date of delivery to the customer for non-firearm items.
• During this 7-day period, customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect their purchases for any defects, discrepancies, or damage.
• After the 7-day inspection period, returns may be subject to additional restrictions or may not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping:

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  Returned items must be shipped in their original packaging or in packaging that provides equivalent protection.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns.
• TTE Precision Metalwerks is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Restocking Fees:

• Firearms: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned firearms, except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping errors.
• Parts and Accessories: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned parts and accessories, except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping errors.
• Restocking fees are calculated based on the original purchase price of the returned item.

4. Return Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Items that have been modified, damaged, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose are not eligible for return.
• All returns must be pre-authorized by TTE Precision Metalwerks.
• Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
• Firearm returns are only accepted if the firearm has not been transferred to the customer’s name from the receiving FFL. Once the transfer has been completed, returns will not be accepted except for manufacturing defects.

5. Manufacturer Defects and Shipping Errors:

• If an item is received with a manufacturer defect or if a shipping error occurs (e.g., incorrect item shipped), TTE Precision Metalwerks will cover the return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee.
• Customers must notify us of any manufacturer defects or shipping errors within the 7-day inspection period.
• We will provide instructions for returning the defective or incorrect item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations:

• Order cancellations are accepted only if the item has not been shipped.
• If an order is canceled after the item has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the applicable restocking fee.
• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.

7. Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors.

8. Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items may not be eligible for return due to legal or safety regulations.
• Custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
• Ammunition sales are final.
